bdjele Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the bdjele website accessible at bdjele.app and any associated mobile applications or services.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered a bdjele account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration with bdjele.
• "Balance" means any real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or bonus amounts awarded by bdjele that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means a stake placed by a Player on any game or sporting event available on the Platform.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used on the Platform for all transactions.

To open and use a bdjele Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdjele strictly prohibits gambling by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal or prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of bdjele, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously had a bdjele Account permanently closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to notify bdjele immediately if any of your registered details change. bdjele reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by bdjele will result in Account suspension until verification is completed.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the bdjele Platform. Registration of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdjele Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

bdjele will never contact you by phone, email, or any other channel to request your password or OTP. Any communication claiming to be from bdjele and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the bdjele support team immediately.

You agree to log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device. bdjele accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdjele support via live chat immediately. bdjele will investigate and may temporarily suspend your Account while the investigation is ongoing.

All financial transactions on the bdjele Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day and will be communicated within the cashier section of your Account.
• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method and account or mobile wallet number used to make the relevant deposit. bdjele reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during normal operating hours are typically processed within 30 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, scheduled maintenance, or when additional verification is required.
• bdjele does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bdjele accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once accepted. Players should contact bdjele support immediately if a deposit was made in error; bdjele will assess such requests on a case-by-case basis but cannot guarantee reversal.
• bdjele reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures. Any withdrawal request where bdjele has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity may be held indefinitely pending investigation.

bdjele may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. The following terms apply to all bonuses and promotions offered on the Platform:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings. These specific terms will be displayed on the promotion page and/or communicated directly to the Player at the time the promotion is offered.
• Where a wagering requirement applies, the Player must wager the total bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where stated) the specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus are eligible for withdrawal.

• Unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms, bonuses may not be combined with other active promotions. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

All games and betting markets available on the bdjele Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or market page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager.

For sports betting markets, the following additional terms apply:

• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the settlement of a bet. The odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted are the final odds applicable to that bet.
• In the event of a sporting event being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within the period specified in the market rules, bdjele reserves the right to void all unsettled bets on that event and return stakes to Players' Accounts.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or settled at any time in accordance with the applicable market rules. bdjele is not responsible for delays in suspending markets that may occur due to technical limitations.
• Obvious errors in the display of odds — whether caused by human error or technical malfunction — may be corrected by bdjele, and any bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided or settled at the correct odds at bdjele's discretion.

bdjele reserves the right to limit stake sizes, restrict betting markets, or suspend betting privileges for any Player Account at any time and without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdjele Platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, cancellation of all pending withdrawals, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party program to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Colluding with other Players in any game or betting market, including but not limited to sharing information during live casino rounds or coordinating bets to exploit bonuses.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which a bet has been or is intended to be placed on bdjele.
• Submitting fraudulent chargeback requests to payment providers in relation to deposits made to bdjele.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Players who identify a bug or error must report it to bdjele support immediately and must not exploit it for financial gain.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information to bdjele at any stage, including during registration, identity verification, or customer support interactions.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of bdjele.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdjele shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or bonuses resulting from technical failures, communication errors, or Platform downtime.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals beyond bdjele's reasonable control, including delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Interruptions to live casino streams, sports betting markets, or game availability due to technical issues at bdjele's third-party provider partners.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits bdjele's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

bdjele collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering a bdjele Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bdjele uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the Platform to protect data in transit. Passwords are stored using salted cryptographic hashing. Payment credentials — including bKash and Nagad PINs — are never stored by bdjele; all payment transactions are handled directly through the official APIs of the respective payment providers.

You may close your bdjele Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Requests to close Accounts will be processed within 24 hours. Where an Account is closed by bdjele due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited at bdjele's discretion, and bdjele reserves the right to recover from the Player any losses, costs, or liabilities incurred as a result of the breach.

bdjele reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, bdjele will notify active Players by email, in-platform notification, or by prominently displaying the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendments.

bdjele is committed to resolving Player complaints promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the bdjele Platform or your Account, you should contact the bdjele support team in the first instance via the 24/7 live chat facility. The support team will acknowledge your complaint and aim to provide a resolution within 48 hours.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the support team, you may escalate your complaint in writing to the bdjele complaints email address at [email protected]. Please include your Account username, a full description of your complaint, and any supporting evidence. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by a senior member of the bdjele team, and a written response will be provided within 7 business days of receipt.

All disputes arising from the use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through the above process are subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law. You agree that any dispute must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a class claimant or class member in any purported class-action proceeding.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the bdjele Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdjele with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

Any failure by bdjele to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of bdjele's right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
